libplrpc-perl software package provides Perl extensions for writing PlRPC servers and clients, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libplrpc-perl
libplrpc-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libplrpc-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libplrpc-perl *
You will get with libplrpc-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
